Dress (as blouse): Anne Taylor Loft; Skirt: Kors Michael Kors, TJ Maxx;
Sweater: Target; Shoes: Aerosoloes, Marshall's
This mixing of different clothing items is a bold move for me. I really wanted to wear my print dress to work but the hemline is too short and flirty for the office. So I decided to wear it as a frilly blouse! I was feeling a little inspired after reading this post from The Clothes Horse, who is pretty good at mixing unconventional combinations like skirts over dresses and the like. If you haven't checked out this blog, you should give it a read!

Jeremiah actually laughed out loud at this photo. Because I never pose that way. I guess it's kind of silly. Fine, I'll never pose for him that way. That'll teach him. He's still laughing at my typing this.

P.S. Please excuse the strange lighting in the photos -- they're coming out a little funny and when I try to fix them, they seem to get a little wonkier. In about a month my position will change and I won't have to work such crazy hours (daybreak - nightfall) that prevent natural lighting opportunities. :)
